2 "To Jeff Best Charles Cyphers" He was Sheriff Brackett in the original Halloween, Halloween 2, and in Halloween Kills. Some of his pen marks are lower on the poster on the right side as seen in the photos under Rick Rosenthal's name as he accidently touched the poster there with the pen tip in a few spots.

I would be happy to include a hand written letter of authenticity with the poster as I obtained the signatures in person from Charles Cyphers and Pamela Susan Shoop.
