This is the original (1sh) 1953 movie poster PHANTOM FROM SPACE. It was issued when the movie was released by. In 1953 to promote the release of the movie. This is not a reprint nor a reproduction. Ted Cooper, Harry Landers, Tom Daly, Lela Nelson, Harry Strang, Rudolph Anders, James Seay, Noreen Nash, and Dick Sands. It was directed by W. It is an unrestored, Folded poster measuring 14" x 36", called an "Insert" poster. The poster being Folded is not considered a flaw or a defect. Most original movie posters pre 1985 are Folded. The poster has only 3 horizontal Folds; there are no vertical Folds in the poster.

This original movie poster is graded C7, Fine/Very Fine. Original movie posters are graded, from the top down, as: C10 (Mint), C9 (Near Mint), C8 (Very Fine or Excellent), C7 (Fine to Very Fine), C6 (Fine or Very Good), C5 (Good to Very Good), etc. The multiple flaws are not overly obtrusive at a normal viewing distance, such as the pin holes. Of course, restoration could alleviate all of these flaws.
